1. Processing Time:

All orders are processed and dispatched within (6) business days from the date of purchase.
Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons, if any size is unavailable and promotional periods. We'll notify you if there are any delays.

2. Shipping Methods:

We offer several shipping methods for your convenience, including:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 6 business days.
International Shipping: Available for customers outside Pakistan. Estimated delivery times vary by destination.

3. Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs depend on your chosen shipping method, order value, and destination. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on orders over 10 Thousand within Pakistan.

4. Tracking Orders:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Use this number to track your package's progress.

5. International Shipping:

We proudly ship our embroidered dresses worldwide. Delivery Charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment. Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods you purchase online and will not be included in the overall shipping costs you pay.

Please note payment of taxes and custom duties on international orders will be the responsibility of the customer as per rules and regulations of their selected destination. Any applicable duties or fees (If any) will be collected at the time of order delivery.

6. Address Accuracy:

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or delivery issues. We cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Delivery Estimates:

Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs clearance, or courier issues. We do our best to meet or exceed estimated delivery times.

8. Order Status Updates:

9. Returns and Exchanges:

If there is a genuine problem with the article you've purchased, you can return within 7 days of purchasing. It must be unwashed, usused and tags must not be removed. 
Any changes in the condition of the article will make it non-refundable. 
We will refund your purchase 100% or exchange if there is a size issue. 
Delivery charges would be on the buyer.
